The law firm of Farley & Dimmock was founded in 2002. Timothy J. Farley and Andrew S. Dimmock have 38 years of combined experience as attorneys in the State of Washington. Farley & Dimmock has two areas of practice: Personal Injury and Workers’ Compensation.

Personal Injury: Farley & Dimmock handle a variety of personal injury matters: wrongful death, motor vehicle and motor cycle accidental injuries, slip/trip and falls, and employment claims of wrongful termination and discrimination, to name a few. Both Timothy Farley and Andrew Dimmock have worked as in-house attorneys for insurance companies. They know how insurance companies process and value claims. This experience provides valuable insight from the insurance perspective. Farley & Dimmock use their knowledge of the inner workings of insurance companies to the advantage of their injured clients.

Workers’ Compensation: Farley & Dimmock has extensive experience representing injured workers in their claims with Washington’s Department of Labor and Industries and with self-insured employers like Boeing, Fred Meyer, and the City of Everett. The law firm is well staffed to handle the claims of its injured-worker clients. In addition to the two attorneys there are two, full-time paralegals (Sylvia and Joanne) who are exclusively dedicated to workers’ compensation claims. Farley & Dimmock aggressively represent injured workers. The firm has successfully challenged and reversed countless decisions of the Department of Labor and Industries by appealing Departmental orders to Washington’s Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals.

Farley & Dimmock’s office is located within a block of the Snohomish County Courthouse. This is appropriate since the firm is willing and able to take their clients’ claims to court. Farley & Dimmock will fight to obtain excellent results for all of their clients.
